What we do

Six ways we keep the power on

From a single faulty plug to a full commercial rewire — handled by one electrician who shows up when he says he will.

01

Residential Wiring

New installations, rewires, and additions for homes — plug points, lighting circuits, and geyser connections done to code.

02

Commercial Electrical

Office, retail, and small industrial electrical work — from three-phase installs to ongoing maintenance contracts.

03

Fault Finding & Repairs

Tripping breakers, dead circuits, flickering lights — diagnosed and fixed, not just patched over.

04

DB Board Upgrades

Distribution board replacements and upgrades to bring older installations up to current safety standards.

05

Certificate of Compliance

COC inspections and certificates for property sales, insurance, and legal compliance — see below for detail.

06

Backup Power & Solar

Inverter and solar setup, wiring, and load shedding-ready configurations for home and small business.

⚡ COC Issued
Certificate of Compliance

What a COC actually covers

A Certificate of Compliance (COC) confirms your electrical installation meets South African safety standards. It's a legal requirement, not a nice-to-have.

  • Required to sell a property. No valid COC, no transfer — it's one of the first documents a conveyancer will ask for.
  • Often required by insurers. A claim involving electrical damage or fire can be affected without a valid, up-to-date certificate.
  • Covers the full installation. Wiring, earthing, DB board, and any additions made since the last certificate was issued.
  • Valid for as long as no changes are made. Any new circuit or addition means the certificate needs to be updated.
